So… Here I am, back again. And where exactly did I go?
Well, as it turns out, everywhere and nowhere, all at the same time.
Woo-hoo! We did it! Month one at ThePositiveYear.com is in the books!
I have to say, I’m super proud of how well this blog has done in just the first month. I’ll admit, I focused heavily on content and setting up the bones of the site (wait, to websites have bones?) and let the Internet Gods do what they will in terms of traffic. [Read more…]
Lavender is one of those ingredients that I always get because it sounds so tasty and exotic, but then never know what to do with it. It smells like summer, it looks gorgeous, and it has a soft, romantic feel to it.

As a result, I’ve gotten really awesome at staying the same, but not so great in making the changes required to hit my full potential. Sound familiar anybody? [Read more…]
Right now I’m lucky enough to be taking Ruth Soukup’s Elite Blogger Academy which, for anybody who blogs or is thinking about blogging, is a definite “must do.” She has given me such an amazing framework to make and grow a fabulous website, both here, and my primary site TheDisneyChef.com. Last year, I only did about half the course before I had to bow out due to health reasons, but even with only half the course under my belt, the results were almost too good to be true. [Read more…]
